Event description

As highlighted by the Scottish Parliament’s Culture Committee, significant budgetary challenges have become much more acute as a “perfect storm” of economic factors now threatens Scotland’s art and culture scene.

What are the next steps if future generations of performers and audiences are to thrive and what’s the most sustainable arts and culture funding model to ensure longevity of an industry that is world renowned?

Chair: Clare Adamson MSP, Convener, Constitution, Europe, External Affairs and Culture Committee
